Windows 8 - Thoughts?

What are your thoughts on Windows 8? They've tailored it to suit tablets and normal desktop PCs. It has two main interfaces which are shown on the video: the classic Windows desktop interface with a start bar and such, and a Windows Phone 7-styled interface, which I presume is mainly targeted at tablets. As far as the classic Windows desktop interface goes - it looks too similar to Windows 7, but hey, it hasn't been released yet so hopefully there will be some major skinning before release.

    Looks pretty nice, I was impressed with windows 7 so I will be willing to get windows 8

    Hmm, to be honest the only reason i run windows is that games are made for windows. If it wasnt for that. I would be on Ubuntu Linux. So i feel that I am going to give windows 8 a miss.

    I'm happy with Windows 7. I won't upgrade till I get a new PC.

    Is it just me or do they bring out new windows wayyyy too quickly? I'd stick with windows 7

    With 85% of my time spent using a browser, I'm slowly stoping to concern about OS's.
    But it's nice, anyway.

    Windows 7 is spot on for my needs, sucker for a new OS though so will no doubt get it.
